Chris Wood: Vaquero Transfer Spotlight

At San Jose State University, Chris Wood has a chance to play three key positions for the Spartans as the team's kicker, punter and kicking off. He regularly handled those roles for the GCC Football team in 2018 and was a second team All Conference punter for the Vaqueros averaging almost 40 yards per boot and also tied for third in team scoring with 30 points. He had a longest punt of 73 yards. He was an All-Pacific League kicker from Crescenta Valley High School.
