Dylan Painter is entering his second season as an assistant coach for the Glendale men's basketball team.
In his first season back in 2021-22, Painter helped lead the Vaqueros to a 11-16 overall record as the program won eight more games than the previous season.
Painter served one season as the assistant coach for Southwestern Christian during the 2019-20 season alongside Brandon Rollins. Painter helped lead the Eagles to a 14-15 record with six athletes averaging career highs offensively.
Before arriving at Southwestern Christian, Painter spent two years at Lamar Junior College in Colorado. Painter helped the Lopes achieve 20-12 and 16-15 records respectively and had over 15 athletes move on to four-year schools with four being division one.
Painter spent one year as a graduate assistant at Northwestern Oklahoma State University where he received his master's in Higher Education and Sports Administration.
Painter played and graduated from Mid America Christian University where he was a part of the 2016 National Championship Team and finished with a degree in Mathematics.
