The GCC Men's Soccer team was undefeated in WSC play and playing some of it's best soccer of the year before splitting a pair of games last week.
 
They beat Citrus College 2-1 Oct. 22 behind goals by Kevin Anjunyan, unassisted,  and Cesar Crispo on an assist by Mateo Grasso with goalie Hayk Tovmasyan handling just one shot on goal for the Vaqs. Glendale fell to Antelope Valley College 5-1 on Friday Oct. 25 with Mateo Grasso scoring the only goal for GCC and Hayk Tovmasyan saving three shots and Arvin Navasartian getting four saves.
 
Glendale continues WSC play this week with a 5 pm home game Tuesday against Bakersfield College at Sartoris Field and plays at Santa Monica Friday Nov. 1 at 4 pm.
