2017 Vaquero Classic Invitational
Fri - Sat, April 7/8, 2017 at Glendale Community College
Entry Fees
Team entries will be $150 per team or $300 per college and $20 for unattached
Entry Information
All entries must be done on Direct Athletics. Entries are due on Tuesday 04/04/17 by 5 pm. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ADDS!!!!!!!!
Heat Sheets
Heat sheets will be emailed to head coaches on Thursday 04/06/17
Timing
Timing will be done with FinishLynx fully automatic timing system provided by Glendale College. Results will be posted on wall next to the bleachers.
Check-In
Field Events: Report directly to the event. Track Events: Report to the clerk of course which is located next to the entrance of the track. All throwers and jumpers will get four attempts.
Food and Beverage is not allowed in the track or field at any time. Only water is allowed.
Parking & Team Drop-off: See attached map for parking
Spikes: No spikes longer than 1/4 will be permitted
Training Information: The athletic training tent will be located in the field house near the flag poles on the north end of the track.
Warm-Ups: Warm – ups are inside the field and will be marked off. HEAD PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE FIELD.
Coaches meeting will be at 10:30 am and will gather near the finish line. Scratches can be done at the meeting. There won’t be any adds done the day of the meet all adds must be done on direct athletics by 5 pm on Tuesday April 4, 2016.
Hammer and Javelin will be thrown at (El Camino College, 16007 Crenshaw Blvd.
