The Glendale College Women's Basketball team fell to Irvine Valley

The Glendale College Women's Basketball team fell to Irvine Valley College 68-51 Wednesday and are now 5-3 this season. The Lady Vaqs trailed 33-29 at halftime.

Glendale remained close at 47-39 after three quarters but were outscored 21-12 in the 4th quarter by IVC to give the game it's final margin.
 
Reserve Marlene Salazar led GCC with 10 points off the bench. Paula Galicia added eight points and a team high three assists and Cheyenne Jankulovski and Sylvia Vartazarian each had seven points and seven rebounds. Brook Radcliff and Deanna Gordillo also had seven points each.
 
Glendale plays at Los Angeles Pierce College Tuesday December 7 at 7 pm.
