Sylvia Vartazarian scored 11 points and had 10 rebounds in a 54-41 loss to Antelope Valley College Saturday. The GCC Women's Basketball team is now 3-2 in the Western State Conference Eastern Division and 13-8 overall.
Cheyenne Jankulovski added eight points to pace the Lady Vaqs and Fabi Jimenez had five points. Marlene Salazar added five rebounds.
Glendale has a bye Wednesday Jan. 31 and plays at Victor Valley Saturday Feb. 3 at 3 pm
