Lady Vaqueros are now 5-1 after 73-45 win over Chaffey
The Glendale College Women's Basketball team won its third straight game with a 73-45 win over Chaffey College Thursday Nov. 29 at Chaffey. Glendale never trailed and led 36-21 at halftime as they had just two players scored in double figures but 11 of 12 players scored in the game.
Sophomore Sylvia Vartazarian led all scorers with 12 points and also pulled down nine rebounds. Zoe Rouse added 10 points on four of four from the field and two of two free throws. Cheyenne Jankulovski and Haley Wilson had nine points each and Marlene Salazar added eight points and six rebounds.
The Lady Vaqs host Irvine Valley College Thursday Nov. 29 at 5 pm in the Verdugo Gym.
