Recapping fall sport honors; Women's Volleyball Coach Yvette Ybarra earns COY honors and players named ALl-WSC
In a season that had the GCC Women's Volleyball team tie for third in the WSC South at 6-6, tied for third place and finish 9-12 overall. several players and Head Coach Yvette Ybarra earned Co-Coach of the year honors.
- 1st Team- Courtney Johnson-Led the team in overall kills with 208 and 120 in WSC play. She also led the team in service aces with 42 and 30.
- 2nd Team- Nicole Oberhammer-Among the team leaders in digs 263 and 141 in WSC and contributed 149 kills and 31 service aces
- Honorable Mention- Kaitlin Ronduen-The Lady Vaqs quarterback had 532 assists, 287 in WSC play and had 155 digs this season
- Honorable Mention- Kayla Madrid-The mighty GCC Libero led the team with 332 digs and was 2nd with assists.
