The ebb and flow of the 2023 GCC Women's Volleyball season continued on Friday Nov.3 when the visiting Lady Vaqs swept host West L.A. College 3-0, 25-14, 25-20, 25-19. Glendale improved to 5-5 in WSC South play and 10-13 overall.
Jaydyn Dedeaux led GCC with 11 kills and 10 digs. Symiah Rodriguez had nine kills, Caitlyn Mendoza had 20 assists and four service aces and Karina Biel had 18 digs.
GCC ends regular season play this week with a home game in the Verdugo Gym against Santa Monica City College Nov. 8 and play at Bakersfield Friday Nov. 10. Both games start at 6 pm.
