Katie Bakhshian was a pitcher for Glendale community college in 2013 and 2015. During her time at Glendale she was Team Captain (2015) and was awarded Rookie of the Year (2013), Second Team All League (2013), Offensive Player of the Year (2015), First Team All League (2015). Following her college pitching career at Glendale she was invited to tryout for the Canadian Olympic Team and made it to the Top 23 players. She has run her own pitching and hitting instruction business since 2011. Katie coached an 8U all star team for the Wilshire Little Leauge for the summer of 2012. In 2016 she was hired as the varsity pitching coach for Harvard Westlake High School. She continues to pitch and play in the Burbank Adult Fastpitch League.
