Joey Craig hit a two-run homer in the first inning that propelled the Glendale College Baseball Team to a 9-3 road win Thursday Feb. 24 over Fullerton College to improve its record to 9-3 this season.

Craig drove in two runs and scored twice to pace a 10-hit attack for Glendale that produced six extra base hits. Alex Mills had two hits and drove in a pair of runs and Isaiah Velazco also had two hits and a run scoring triple. Izzy Madariaga had a triple and Artin Biageyian had a double for the Vaqs. Brooks Snyder got the win in relief of starting pitcher Dylan Goodrich.

Glendale, ranked No. 16 in the CCCBCA Southern California Poll, ends the week of play with a home game Friday Feb. 25 at 2:30 pm against Chaffey College at Stengel Field.
