Congratulations to the GCC Men's Golf Team for completing an outstanding 2022 season with an 8^th place finish at the Southern California Regionals Monday May 10 at Olivas Golf Course. The top-10 finish for the Vaqueros Monday was the first time they have competed in the regionals since 2014 and they qualified this season with a third place finish in Western State Conference play.

 

"I am very proud of the team because the worked hard to get to the regionals.'' said Head Coach Todd Tyni who has had at least one player qualify regionals every year. "They were the first GCC team to qualify for the event in eight years based on placing third over the entire WSC season. The team is looking forward to even bigger things next year with most of this year's regional team returning and quite a few talented local recruits joining the team.''
