GCC Cross Country has successful 2021 season; Runners earn honors

2021 could be remembered as a season-long race to make up for lost time, a reference to not being able to compete in 2020 because of the Pandemic which was especially difficult for the women's group attempt to defend their 2019 state championship. But despite those challenges, the 2021 season will be remembered fondly as the women's team won its 16th straight Western State Conference Title and finished third in Southern California and sixth in state. The men's team narrowly missed out on its fifth straight WSC Title and finished fourth in Southern California and sixth in state.
