Claudia is no stranger to GCC as many of us have worked closely with her through our fabulous Welcome Center over the past year. Despite being sorely missed by her Welcome Center colleagues, Claudia has taken her GCC toolbelt to the Courts and Fields to support our 330+ full-time student athletes. Claudia earned an Educational Counseling degree from the University of Southern California that she will be putting to use daily in her new role. Claudia has impacted our Department immediately as you can see a wave of student athletes fill the CASA asking Ms. Juan to help them in their Academic, Financial and Athletic futures. When she is not in the CASA or Athletic Events, you can find Claudia “hiking, going to the beach and maintaining an active lifestyle.” After graduating from Belmont High School, Claudia attended GCC as a student athlete on our Women’s Soccer team, so in true GCC fashion, Once a VAQ, Always a VAQ!
