GCC wins WSC East Title; hosts Pasadena in So. Cal Playoffs May 4-5.

Glendale College beat Citrus College 5-4 Friday April 27 to win the 2018 WSC East Title, its sixth since 2011.

Glendale will host Pasadena City College in the opening round of the Southern California Regional playoffs May 4-5. GCC is ranked No. 5 and is 28-12 and PCC is No. 12 and is 22-18.

Game times for the best two of three series are 2 pm Friday May 4 at Stengel Field and 11 am Saturday May 5. If a tied game is necessary Saturday, it will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.
