The GCC Men's Basketball Team continues to play its best basketball of the season in conference play as they improved to 5-2 after besting Antelope Valley College 82-74 Wednesday Jan.31. They are 12-9 overall.
 
Sophomore Elijah Groves paced the effort with 22 points and 11 rebounds. Karson Peffer had 18 points and six rebounds, Dahnte Russell had 12 points and four assists and Braxton Williams also had 12 points. 
 
Glendale starts the second round of conference play at Santa Monica College Saturday February 3 at 1 pm,
