The team put together a steady showing at the Western State Conference - Inland Track & Field Meet, securing a few key wins and strong performances across multiple events.
Men’s Highlights

Julien Rivera (Freshman) took the Javelin title with a winning mark of 41.17 meters.

Juan Zamora III (Sophomore) controlled the 3000m, making an early move and holding on to win in 9:07.86.

Victor Amaya (Freshman) and Adrian Rodriguez (Sophomore) placed 1st and 2nd in their 1500m heat, both running personal bests—Amaya in 4:26.40 and Rodriguez right behind in 4:26.41.
Women’s Highlights

Lilit Arakelyan (Sophomore) took 2nd in the 1500m with a time of 5:00.41 before returning to win the 3000m in 10:39.60, improving by 15 seconds.

Rashel-Alvarez Chavez (Freshman) placed 3rd in the 3000m, running a personal best of 11:28.15, a 10-second improvement.
With solid performances this week, the team is looking to put together some fast races next week at the Dave Shannon Invitational.
