GCC Women's Soccer scores four second half goals in 4-1 win at LACC Sept. 24

Rallying from a 0-0 tie at halftime, the GCC Women's Soccer Team scored four second-half goals to beat Los Angeles City College 4-1 on the road on Sept.24.  The Lady Vaqs improved to 4-2-1 with the win.
 
Sophomore Gianna Mor scored two goals for Glendale in the second 45-minute stanza and Luisa Hilario and Haley Tsarofski added unassisted goals as well. Ainsley Stephenson had four goalie saves on the day and Liliana Reynoso had four stops.
 
GCC starts Western State Conference play this week at College of the Canyons on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 4 pm and hosts Antelope Valley College on Friday, Oct. 4 at 4 pm at Sartoris Field.
