GCC Women's Volleyball win third straight, now 3-1 in WSC South and tied for second place
The resurgent play of the GCC Women's Volleyball Team continued Wednesday Oct. 11 as they beat visiting West Los Angeles College in four games to improve to 8-9 overall and 3-1 in WSC play. 
 
The 25-13, 25-19, 17-25 and 25-13 game wins were not really that close as WLAC failed to gain any real momentum as the Lady Vaqs were paced offensively by Jaydyn Dedeaux with 17 kills and Poet Crum had nine and Sofia Gregorio added seven finishes. Caitlyn Mendoza had 21 assists, eight digs and four service aces and Karina Biel had 15 digs.  
 
Glendale hits the road for its next match Friday October 13 at Santa Monica College at 6 pm
